Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups raw macadamia nuts or cashews
- 1/3 cup each: chopped scallions, chopped celery, chopped red bell pepper
Instructions
- In a high speed blender, combine water, lemon juice, turmeric, garlic, sea salt, and nuts. Blend until smooth.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the blended mixture with the scallions, bell peppers and celery. Mix well and serve.
Recipe Hints
- You can do a combination of both macadamia nuts and cashews
