Fresh Tomato Salsa

Jalapeño Corn Tortilla Chips
Equipment
  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 4 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup cilantro
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Jalapeño to taste

Instructions

  • Place the lime juice, Jalapeño, cilantro, parsley, garlic, cider vinegar, olive oil, cumin, and sea salt in a food processor and blend until well ground.
  • Add in the scallion and tomatoes. Pulse chop until everything is diced and blended.
  • Add more Jalapeño or sea salt if needed.


Recipe Hints
  • Let the salsa sit for a few hours so that the flavors can blend.
