Honey Miso Dressing




Equipment
  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white miso
  • ¼ cup onion
  • 1 cup sesame oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ inch ginger, peeled


Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender until very smooth and creamy. Add water to achieve desired consistency.

Recipe Hint
  • If the dressing is too sweet for your taste, add more garlic or ginger, to taste.
