- 2 zucchini, peeled and chopped
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and smooth.
Recipe Hint
- Add the lemon juice and garlic in gradually and taste as you go along to make sure it's not too strong.
