No-Bean Hummus

Equipment
  • High-Speed Blender

Ingredients

  • 2 zucchini, peeled and chopped
  • 3/4 cup raw tahini
  • 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled
  • 2 1/2 tsps sea salt
  • 1/2 tbsp  ground cumin



Instructions

  • Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until thick and smooth.

Recipe Hint
  • Add the lemon juice and garlic in gradually and taste as you go along to make sure it's not too strong.

Goes Great With
The No-Bean Hummus goes great with the Onion Bread, slices of cucumber
or zucchini, celery salts, or carrot sticks.
