In addition to being co-founder of RawthenticSoul, I am also owner of 360 Wellness Coaching, a full service life coaching company serving clients nationwide, and founder of Siura Wellness Group, a consortium of holistic health practitioners dedicated to the education of individuals and communities about alternative health practices.

My journey into holistic healing began with illness. It didn't turn out to be a serious illness, but the 10 months I spent suffering the undiagnosed physical symptoms of 24/7, head-to-toe itching made it feel pretty serious to me! It was during that time period, before the dust allergy was diagnosed, that I did my greatest healing. I made peace with my life. I became grateful for all the loss and betrayal I had experienced from childhood; acknowledged the anger and grief I held in my body, and truly engaged in a path of forgiveness. When I first studied Ayurvedic medicine two of the first lessons we learned were that the colon was the seat of health, and that food should be the first line of defense against disease. I had used colon hydrotherapy as a healing tool during my recovery from the allergy and completely changed what, how, and when I was eating. I bought my Vita-Mix, which is still going strong, and started juicing and eating more whole foods, so those pearls of wisdom rang very true for me.

Three things I enjoy most are cooking, eating, and helping others live to their fullest potential. I offer both individual and group coaching services, as well as workshops on a variety of holistic health topics, including raw and living foods.
