Raspberry Coulis
Equipment
  • Food Processor or Blender
  • Fine mesh sieve

Ingredients

  • 12 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 2/3 cup agave nectar
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
Instructions

  • Thaw raspberries if using frozen.
  • Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor or high speed blender until well blended.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve.
