Thai Peanut Sauce
from Raw Food Detox Diet  by Natalia Rose
Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond butter
  • 2 tbsp ginger
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 maple syrup
  • 3 tbsp Nama Shoyu
  • 4 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 serrano or jalapeño chile
Equipment
  • Blender or Food Processor

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix well, until smooth and creamy.

Recipe Hints
  • Add less of the maple syrup and Nama Shoyu and taste to see if there's enough of a sweet or salty taste. Adjust as necessary.
